Privacy Policy
Last updated September 1, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how CS Fulfillment doing business as Music City Outdoors (“Music City Outdoors,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit musiccityoutdoors.com (the “Site”).
The Site is a storefront for our Nashville shop. We do not run ads on it, we do not sell personal information, and we do not collect payment cards here. Orders are invoiced in QuickBooks Online. You pay Intuit through the link in that invoice email.
Related terms: End User License Agreement. Intuit’s own practices are in the Intuit Privacy Statement.
1. Who we are
Music City Outdoors

United States
Privacy and order questions: mcorigging@gmail.com · 615-414-1385 · 615-500-7878
We are a brick-and-mortar retailer in Tennessee. The Site is meant for customers in the United States, especially people who can pick up or take local delivery from Nashville.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
When you check out, we ask for:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Street address, city, state, and ZIP (used for the QuickBooks customer and invoice)
- Optional note to the store (pickup time, delivery notes, and similar)
- The products and quantities you want to buy
We do not collect credit card numbers, bank account numbers, or other payment credentials on this Site. Those stay with Intuit when you pay the QuickBooks invoice.
If you email, call, or visit us, we also keep whatever you choose to tell us so we can help you.
Information stored only on your device
- Cart. The cart is saved in your browser’s
localStorage. It does not create an account with us. Clearing site data empties the cart. We read the cart on your device when you open cart or checkout pages; we receive the line items when you submit checkout. - Checkout thank-you details. After an order, your browser may keep the invoice number and email in
sessionStorageso the thank-you page can show them. That copy stays on your device.
Information collected automatically
Our web server and hosting setup may record standard request logs: IP address, date and time, pages requested, referrer, and browser type. We use these to run, secure, and troubleshoot the Site. We do not use advertising pixels or a marketing analytics suite on this Site.
Search queries you type are used to find products for that request. We do not keep a search history profile about you. Reading the EULA or Privacy Policy does not require an account or extra personal information.
Staff-only cookies
The homepage, product, EULA, and Privacy Policy editors (/admin, /products/<slug>/admin, /eula/admin, /privacy/admin) use an HTTP-only session cookie after a staff password login. That cookie is for store staff, not shoppers. Shoppers are not asked to create an account.
3. How we use information
We use personal information to:
- Create or match a QuickBooks Online customer by email
- Create and email a QuickBooks invoice for your order
- Charge the correct sales tax through QuickBooks
- Arrange pickup or local delivery and answer questions about an order
- Tell shop staff that an order came in or that checkout failed
- Keep records we need for accounting, taxes, and dispute handling
- Protect the Site against abuse and fix outages
We do not use your checkout information to run third-party advertising.
4. QuickBooks Online and Intuit
The Site connects to our QuickBooks Online company through Intuit’s APIs. That is how the public catalog stays in sync with what we sell, and how checkout creates invoices. Shoppers do not connect their own QuickBooks account.
From QuickBooks, the Site reads business data such as:
- Inventory and category items (name, SKU, price, taxability, quantity on hand, description)
- Tax codes we use to invoice
When you place an order, the Site writes to QuickBooks:
- Customer name, email, phone, and address
- Invoice lines, amounts, and tax
- Your optional note, stored as a private staff note on the invoice (not on the customer-facing memo)
QuickBooks then emails you the invoice and payment link. Payment cards and bank details you enter on Intuit’s payment page are processed by Intuit, not by this Site. See the Intuit Privacy Statement.
We do not sell QuickBooks data. We do not use Intuit APIs to access anyone else’s QuickBooks company. Store staff can disconnect the Site from QuickBooks by removing the app connection in QuickBooks and by replacing or deleting the tokens this Site stores for that connection.
5. Who we share information with
We share personal information only as needed to run the shop:
- Intuit / QuickBooks Online — customers, invoices, and catalog, as described above.
- Email delivery. QuickBooks sends the customer invoice. We may also send ourselves a sale or error notice through our mailbox provider (SMTP) so staff know an order arrived or that something failed. Those notices can include your name, email, phone, address, line items, and optional note.
- Hosting and operations. The computer and network that serve the Site process requests and logs in order to keep the Site online.
- Professional and legal needs. Accountants, insurers, or authorities when the law requires it, or to protect rights, safety, and the shop.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
6. How long we keep information
Customer and invoice records live in QuickBooks for as long as we need them to run the business and meet tax and accounting rules, then according to our QuickBooks retention practices. Server logs are kept only as long as they are useful for security and operations. Cart data on your device lasts until you clear it or the browser deletes it. Staff admin cookies expire after about seven days, or when we change the staff password. A product-listing cookie, used only to edit a product page, lasts only for that listing session (a few hours) and ends when the session ends.
The public EULA and Privacy Policy text is stored on the shop computer (the same way homepage copy is). It is not customer personal information.
7. Security
We use HTTPS in production, restrict staff admin access with a password, and keep QuickBooks tokens off public source control. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. Because we never see your card number, a card used on Intuit’s payment page is protected under Intuit’s security practices, not ours.
8. Your choices
- You can browse without checking out. The cart stays on your device until you submit an order.
- You can clear cookies and site data in your browser to remove the cart and thank-you copy.
- You can ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold, or to update the matching QuickBooks customer. Email mcorigging@gmail.com or call the shop. We may keep records the law requires (for example paid invoices).
- To stop marketing email from us, tell us; this Site does not run a separate newsletter signup. Invoice and transactional mail from QuickBooks is part of completing a purchase.
9. Children
The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
10. California and other U.S. state privacy notices
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that require a right to limit under California law. Subject to legal exceptions, residents of states that grant consumer privacy rights may request to know, access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, and to opt out of sale or sharing (we do not sell or share as those laws define those terms). We will not discriminate against you for exercising those rights.
Send requests to mcorigging@gmail.com or call 615-414-1385. We will need enough information to verify it is you. You may use an authorized agent as those laws allow.
11. Changes
We may update this policy by posting a new version on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes apply going forward. If we ever start collecting payment cards on this Site or selling personal information, we will update this policy before we do that.
